RackReady Terms
These terms apply to the RackReady digital field kit sold through hasherventures.com. RackReady is a product of Hasher Digital Ventures LLC (“we,” “us”). By purchasing or downloading RackReady, you agree to these terms.
1. What you are buying
RackReady is a digital product: the field kit is a download (HTML/Markdown files you can read on screen or print), and RackReady Pro also includes access to browser-based tools (currently the Troubleshooting Wizard) unlocked with a key delivered by email. There is no physical product, no course, no subscription, and no account. Core costs $19. Pro costs $39 total and includes all Core content plus the Pro features and tools. Both are one-time purchases. Your unlock key is validated by our service when you open a Pro tool; the content you type into the tools stays in your browser and is not transmitted to us. Prices may change for future buyers; your purchase price is the one shown at checkout.
2. License — personal use only
- You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use RackReady for your own professional work.
- You may print copies for your own use on the job.
- You may not redistribute, resell, repost, share publicly, or claim RackReady as your own product, in whole or in part.
- Team or company-wide distribution needs separate written permission: support@hasherventures.com.
3. Payment and delivery
- Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
- After successful checkout, a secure download link is emailed to your checkout address. Links expire after 7 days; contact support if yours expired before you downloaded, and we will re-issue it.
- If you paid but received nothing (including in spam), contact support@hasherventures.com with your checkout email.
4. Refunds
If the files are defective, you were charged in error, or we cannot deliver the product, contact support@hasherventures.com and we will fix the delivery or refund you. Because RackReady is a downloadable digital product that cannot be “returned,” refunds beyond those cases are at our discretion.
5. Intellectual property
RackReady content is © 2026 Hasher Digital Ventures LLC. All rights reserved, except the personal-use license granted in Section 2. “RackReady” and the RackReady mark are trademarks of Hasher Digital Ventures LLC.
6. Safety and site procedures — important
RackReady is supplemental reference material. It does not supersede your employer's standard operating procedures (SOPs), methods of procedure (MOPs), emergency operating procedures (EOPs), safety rules, equipment documentation, change-control requirements, or authorization requirements. Always follow your site's procedures and your employer's policies, and get authorization before performing work. You are responsible for how you use this material on the job.
7. No employment or certification guarantee
RackReady helps you organize troubleshooting, documentation, and preparation. It does not guarantee a job, interview, promotion, raise, or certification, and it does not replace certifications, training, or experience.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hasher Digital Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of RackReady. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version posted at hasherventures.com/rackready/terms/ applies to purchases made after the update date.
